By accessing bh999k.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account on bh999k. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number (Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, Teletalk, or Airtel) that is registered in your own name.
• Your accurate date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bh999k will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep this information secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bh999k reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

bh999k periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, reload offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

The following general rules apply to all bh999k bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have requested self-exclusion or have been flagged for responsible gaming intervention are not eligible to receive or activate bonuses.

Any attempt to exploit a promotion through systematic betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (known as "bonus abuse" or "arbing") will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, the voiding of any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bh999k. Engaging in any of the following may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balance, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false name, date of birth, or contact details.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform in any way, including but not limited to automated betting, data scraping, or session automation.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or market, or sharing information about live game states in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors in games or on the platform to generate credits, free plays, or winnings that were not legitimately earned.
• Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in any activity that violates anti-money laundering laws.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute any component of the bh999k platform, its games, or its intellectual property.
• Posting or transmitting abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content via any communication channel on the platform, including customer support chat.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other IP-masking technologies to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or to circumvent any restriction placed on your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh999k, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and even if bh999k was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Specifically, bh999k does not accept liability for:

• Any financial loss incurred as a result of wagering or gambling activity on the platform. All bets are placed voluntarily and at your own risk.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server outages, third-party infrastructure failure, or network disruptions affecting Bangladeshi mobile carriers (Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, Teletalk).
• Losses arising from the use of incorrect login credentials or failure to maintain account security, including losses caused by unauthorised access that resulted from your own failure to secure your credentials.
• Any delay in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, or by banking institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, or BRAC Bank.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bh999k's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount you deposited on the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any translation being produced for reference purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

bh999k operates as an online entertainment platform. You acknowledge and accept that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using an online gambling platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bh999k makes no representation that the use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of the territories it intends to serve.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the breach thereof, or your use of the bh999k platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters in the applicable jurisdiction. You and bh999k agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bh999k's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights, or to address any other matter requiring urgent interim relief.
